Financial Benefits of the Woods Hole Internship

Woods Hole Internship 2023-24 in the United States for International Students is a completely free internship program in the United States that will cover all expenses. The following financial benefits are provided:

  • Stipend: A weekly stipend for the 10-to-12-week program. The weekly stipend for the summer of 2021 is $650.
  • Round-trip transportation to Woods Hole. The travel allowance for 2020 is $700.
  • Housing: Two single beds in a shared room in a shared unit.
  • International Students will assist fellowships in obtaining the required J-1 Visa paperwork.

Eligibility Criteria:

All International Students of any nationality are welcome to participate in the program.

Third-year undergraduate students are eligible for the program.

Students who will graduate before the start of the fellowship are ineligible to apply.

The fellowship will begin in May 2023.

Students enrolled in a three-year bachelor’s degree program, such as those offered in the United Kingdom, must be in their second year.

Students enrolled in a five-year combined Bachelor/Degree Master’s Program must be in their third year.
